Bang Bang Cauliflower

Instructions

Step 1:

Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400º F

Step 2:

In two separate bowls combine the ingredients for your wet and dry mixtures. Dip the florets into the wet mixture and shake off any excess batter, then transfer to the dry panko mix. Ensure each piece is evenly coated then transfer to sheet pan. Do this for all the pieces.

Step 3:

Drizzle the oil over the pieces and cook for 20 minutes in the oven or about 10 minutes in the air fryer. Just until the pieces are golden brown.

Step 4:

While the pieces are cooking, make the sauce by combining all the ingredients together in a bowl. I like to chop a few extra green onions for topping.

Step 5:

When the pieces come out of the oven, let rest 2 minutes then toss or drizzle the pieces in the sauce. Serve immediately with fresh lime juice and green onions on top!
