BBQ Cauliflower Wings

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425º F
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, except the cauliflower. Mix until everything is incorporated then gently toss in the cauliflower.
Stir until all the cauliflower florets are evenly coated.
Place on a greased sheet pan trying to avoid any excess batter on the pan
Cook for 20 minutes and then flip the wings. Cook for another 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
When the wings are finished cooking let them cool for 5 minutes. Then toss with the BBQ sauce in a large bowl.
Serve immediately with sides of choice! Enjoy!

1 & 1/4 Cup Non-Dairy Milk
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Head of Cauliflower, in florets
Salt & Pepper to taste
½ - 1 cup BBQ Sauce
