Buffalo Ground Tofu

Instructions

Step 1:

Press tofu for about 10 minutes to remove as much water as possible. I do this between paper towels and placing something heavy on top of them.

Step 2:

Meanwhile, preheat the oven or air fryer to 400º F

Step 3:

When tofu is ready, in a small bowl, break into small pieces using your hands and a fork. Add the oil, garlic powder, and buffalo sauce. Mix together and spread on a baking sheet.

Step 4:

Bake for 30-40 minutes stirring halfway through. If air frying, it might only need 20 minutes, so keep an eye on it.

Step 5:

Remove from oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Serve with more buffalo sauce and in place of meat in your favorite buffalo dishes!

14 oz extra-firm tofu
