Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

Instructions

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350º F

Step 2:

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. It should be the consistency of regular cookie dough.

Step 3:

Roll about 2-3 tablespoons of dough into a ball, then flatten to look like a cookie. *These cookies will not spread*

Step 4:

Place on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.

Step 5:

Sprinkle with sea salt and let cool 5 minutes before enjoying.

Step 6:

*You can keep some of the dough in the fridge as a high protein snack!

1/4 cup egg substitute

1/2 cup protein powder

1 cup almond butter (can use any nut butter)

1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar

1/3 cup non-dairy chocolate chips

flakey sea salt (optional)
