Crunchy Tofu Lettuce Wraps

Instructions
Press your tofu to remove as much water as possible. On a cutting board, I wrap in paper towel and gently squeeze to remove. Then I put something heavy on top while I make the sauce.
Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients into a medium sized bowl. Set aside.
Now remove the tofu from the paper towels. Crumble the tofu into small pieces and add into a pan over medium heat with the neutral oil. Cook about 7 minutes, breaking the tofu down into smaller bits as it cooks. It might stick, but that is okay! Add the walnuts, garlic, and green onion and cook another minute.
Pour the sauce into the tofu mixture. Be sure to scrape the bottom of the pan to remove all the stuck bits. Cook 1-2 minutes or until the sauce is absorbed by the tofu.
Serve with fresh lettuce leaves, sesame seeds, and more fresh green onion! Enjoy!
