Pumpkin Protein Blondies

Instructions

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350º F

Step 2:

Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Place in a 8x8 or 9x9 pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. *If using an 8x8 pan, add 5 minutes to cook time*

Step 3:

Let chill for at least one hour, but best if left to chill overnight to set. Enjoy!

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup almond butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup non-dairy milk

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup protein powder

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar

Pinch of salt
