Whipped Feta Dip

Instructions
In a food processor, combine the feta, cream cheese or greek yogurt (whichever you're using), salt, pepper, and garlic clove.
Pulse on high, and stream in about 1 - 2 tablespoons(s) of olive oil, until it reaches your desired consistency.
Place in serving dish and top with a bit more olive oil and fresh lemon zest. I like to finish with any chopped fresh herbs I have on hand.

1/2 Cup Vegan Cream Cheese or Vegan Greek Yogurt
1 Clove Garlic
2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Zest from 1/2 Lemon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
